Your opportunity
You will be a Workflow and Integration developer in the Client Comms Applications team, developing, supporting and enhancing Adobe Workfront and other applications. You will be working with Marketing Technology, Distribution Reporting teams, as well as Document and Data Management teams in Technology. You will support the business product owner of Marketing workflow who is responsible for ensuring efficient project management workflows, driving user adoption, configuring the system, and providing training to stakeholders across the company. You will also support, develop and enhance integrations with downstream and upstream reporting and publishing systems to improve the automation of Marketing reporting and workflow.
The ideal candidate has a strong resolve to learn how to get the most our of our systems to meet the automation and scale required by the business when it comes to our content creation, reporting and publishing.
You will not only need excellent problem-solving skills, but you should also be able to see the strategic impacts of any cross-team dependencies and escalate where necessary.
You will require strong teamwork skills.
The distribution data space is in a transition period. Content and reporting assets are located in a variety of on-premise hardware and software, such as Oracle, Informatica, Autosys, Azure, Snowflake and Microsoft SQL Server. Currently Janus Henderson is embarking on an effort to consolidate reporting and content workflow from all of our global locations and provide an efficient and reliable set of distribution ready reports via our strategic workflow tools to all publishing platforms.
+ Maintain critical integrations between Workfront, Data/Document repositories and reporting systems
+ Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs and coordinate with Workfront technical support when necessary
+ Enhance system features based on business feedback
+ Assist in evaluating, integrating and testing product in connection with other Marketing technologies to deliver process and productivity gains
+ Report and dashboard creation & management
+ Partner with other internal IT professionals to ensure systems functions properly, updates are applied and tested, and new functionalities are implemented
+ Have the skillset necessary to build, maintain, and manage all automations getting documents from the workflow tool to publishing endpoints
+ Responsible for addressing any automation issues quickly in alignment with risk response protocols
+ Strategically assess Fusion’s ability to simplify and support workflow functionality in alignment with product enhancement roadmap
+ Troubleshoot technical Workfront issues and bugs and coordinate with Workfront technical support when necessary
+ Test Workfront beta preview releases and inform executive leadership of Workfront Release changes
+ Assist in evaluating, integrating and testing product in connection with other Marketing technologies to deliver process and productivity gains
+ Report and dashboard creation & management
+ Custom fields and forms management
+ Lead or participate in Workfront Governance to vet changes, understand impacts, etc.
+ Partner with internal and external IT professionals to ensure systems functions properly, updates are applied and tested, and new functionalities are implemented

Must have skills
+ Strong proficiency in .NET development, including ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Python, Node.js and related technologies for building web applications
+ Azure Services: Familiarity with various Azure services, including but not limited to Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Active Directory
+ RESTful APIs: Understanding of RESTful API design and consumption for communication with backend services and data retrieval
+ Familiarity with data exchange formats and protocols such as JSON, XML, HTTP/HTTPS
+ Authentication and Authorization: Experience implementing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms in web applications, including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT tokens
+ Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and resolve technical issues
+ Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other developers, stakeholders, and non-technical team members
+ Willingness to become an expert in your supported Products
Nice to have skills
+ Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their API management services
+ Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices
+ Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus, for better collaboration with front-end developers
+ Experience working in Product Management / Agile way
+ Experience working in Asset Management or Financial Services industry

Compensation Information
The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will be posted through June 16, 2025.
You will be expected to understand the regulatory obligations of the firm, and abide by the regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable for your role.
