Key Responsibilities

As a Branch Director – Behavioral Health, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across your branch while upholding the organization’s core values and clinical integrity.

* Operational Excellence

+ Direct day-to-day branch operations, ensuring streamlined delivery of behavioral health services.

+ Oversee financial performance and staff management to meet patient care demands and organizational goals.

+ Ensure branch compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and third-party reimbursement requirements, identifying and resolving potential billing issues.

* Compliance Leadership

+ Maintain rigorous documentation practices that align with Medicare, state, and accreditation standards.

+ Educate staff on compliance, licensure, and national standards of care.

+ Ensure all patient care aligns with the Patient’s Bill of Rights and federal/state regulatory guidelines.

* Leadership & Professional Growth

+ Champion a culture of professionalism and accountability.

+ Conduct accurate and timely performance appraisals and oversee payroll reporting processes.

+ Support staff development and promote strategic growth initiatives aligned with Elara Caring’s mission.

Qualifications

+ Associate’s Degree in Healthcare or related field required

+ RN license

+ 1+ year in supervisory or administrative role in home health or related care setting **(required)**

+ 2+ years in home health experience **(preferred)**

+ Advanced clinical and business acumen, including budgeting and resource management

+ Strong proficiency in technology: MS Office Suite, Homecare Homebase, and Workday

+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across leadership levels
