+ Bioassay testing, cell passages, media/buffer preps
+ Lab housekeeping
+ Data entry/documentation
+ Be able to technically review and verify qualification protocols and logbook entries.
+ Equipment calibrations, equipment sanitization
+ Interact effectively with customers and support groups.
+ Ability to investigate and troubleshoot instrument-related issues.
+ Ability to work independently and accurately with minimal supervision
+ Second person verification
+ Deviation investigations, Change controls
+ Coach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational improvements
+ Coordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TAT
+ Prepare and review job plans, conduct semiannual performance reviews, keep training records up to date for assigned employees, perform succession planning in preparation for growth
+ Collaborate closely with leaders and clients in implementing overall business directives
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
+ Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
+ Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
+ Bachelor's degree in physical science (chemistry, physics, etc.), or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)
+ Leadership experience
+ 4+ years related lab experience
+ Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience interacting with people from a wide range of skill levels and experience
+ Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and possess self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
+ Demonstrated ability to work as an independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, result-driven and highly flexible team-player in a fast-paced working environment
+ Strong focus on quality, teamwork, and productivity
+ Proactive, positive, solution-oriented leadership style with ability to prioritize and coordinate simultaneous projects with varying deadlines
