    Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join their team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting various operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Press Brake Operator

    **Location:** La Mirada, CA

    **Pay Range:** $25 - $28 per hour

    **Schedule:** 4/10 schedule (6 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate Amada precision CNC press brakes and assist in assembling parts.

    + Select and set up tooling based on material type and thickness.

    + Load programs and set machine parameters for optimal equipment performance.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards.

    + Collaborate with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 2+ years of experience with CNC press brake/bending machines.

    + Solid background working with sheet metal and knowledge of tooling.

    + Proven measurement and mathematical skills, including fraction/decimal conversion.

    + Ability to distinguish material types, including various metals.

    + Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.
