Our client, a dedicated organization within the child welfare sector, is seeking an Adoptions Assistance Program Support Associate to join their team. As an Adoptions Assistance Program Support Associate, you will be part of the Division of Safety and Permanence, supporting the Bureau of Permanence and Out of Home Care. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Madison, WI
**Pay Range:** $22.00/HR
What's the Job?
+ Provide Adoptions Assistance (AA) program support activities to ensure prompt, efficient responses to families and agencies related to adoption assistance applications and amendments.
+ Oversee a system of handling a high volume of mail, email, and phone inquiries from adoptive parents and adoption agencies.
+ Manage and update tracking spreadsheets for AA Amendments, Private/Tribal AA agreements, and Public Adoption agreements.
+ File submitted documents in electronic filing systems under the appropriate child in accordance with tracking/organization system.
+ Assist with scanning, mailing, and emailing materials as directed.
What's Needed?
+ Preferred Bachelor Degree from an accredited college but High School Diploma or equivalent required.
+ Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
+ Experience providing administrative support in a professional setting.
+ Experience performing data entry in a professional setting.
+ Ability to work independently, setting own priorities to meet the demands of the position.
