Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking an Enterprise Application Support Specialist II to join their team. As a Enterprise Application Support Specialist II, you will be part of the IT department supporting the RDM host team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
+ Active monitoring and review of Production Applications for Performance and Accuracy.
+ Cooperative troubleshooting and analytic work with other technical members and members of Development, QA and Support teams.
+ Independent work analyzing trends in data and reporting on anomalies.
+ Ensuring the proper functioning of live, operational, customer-facing environments that are cloud-based.
+ Maintaining availability and monitoring performance while diagnosing problems and anticipating trends.
What's Needed?
+ 3+ years previous experience in Enterprise application support or technical operations.
+ 3+ years of knowledge of current Microsoft Server platforms.
+ In-depth knowledge of the administration and programming of MS SQL server 2005+ within a production class environment.
+ 3+ years of experience in XML/Https/MS.Net/Client-Server architecture.
+ Experience with Linux CLI and troubleshooting skills to diagnose software and network issues.
