    Our client, a leading organization in the Information Technology sector, is seeking a Workday Financial Architect to join their team. As a Workday Financial Architect, you will be part of the Accounting & Finance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Workday Financial Architect

    **Location:** Baltimore, Maryland (Hybrid)

    **Pay Range:** $150,000 - $170,000

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist in defining, developing, and aligning the technology department’s strategic roadmap with the Accounting and Finance business group’s development strategy.

    + Collaborate with internal users and the Accounting & Finance department to define, develop, integrate, and document system business requirements.

    + Deliver functional Workday Financial Management solutions including customizations, workflows, process improvements, and business analysis.

    + Support IT SOX Audit requests related to the Workday Financials ERP System.

    + Troubleshoot functional issues in a complex financial environment and assist with the resolution of production issues as needed.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + At least five years of Workday Financials experience, particularly in supporting the Accounting & Finance team.

    + Strong experience with FDM, Business Assets, and Banking Modules.

    + Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Access, especially with pivot tables, reports, and charts.

    + Strong analytical skills and proven problem-solving abilities.

    + Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language.
