Join us as Academic Faculty in Endourology
Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is seeking a skilled and motivated academic Endourologist to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have completed, or is currently in, an endourology fellowship. We are particularly interested in individuals eager to engage in grant writing to support innovative research projects. We are looking for collaborative individuals to contribute to our academic mission through teaching and clinical service

Our compensation philosophy
We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. We also offer a comprehensive faculty benefits package. Pay Range: $445,638 - $642,937 total cash compensation.
Qualifications
+ Medical Degree from an accredited medical school.
+ Board certification (or eligible) with concurrent expertise in area of specialty.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain an unrestricted California medical license as Physician and Surgeon.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Medical Staff Membership.
+ Eligible for recommendation to the appropriate academic rank in the Cedars-Sinai Professorial Series.
+ Demonstrated expertise in area of specialty and in the management of pre- and post-operative surgical patients with a commitment to developing and fostering a multidisciplinary, collaborative approach to teaching, research, and patient care.
+ Familiarity with the scientific literature pertaining to area of specialty.
+ A published author of peer reviewed articles, with ability to serve as principal or co-investigator.
