Description

Robert Half is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Trial Attorney to join a well-regarded Miami law firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in real estate, construction, or general commercial litigation, including first or second-chair trial experience. Candidates should be comfortable handling complex litigation matters in both state and federal court and managing client relationships directly.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement along with competitive compensation, annual bonus potential, a comprehensive benefits package, and origination% credit on new client matters.

Responsibilities:

+ Handle real estate, construction, and commercial litigation matters from inception through trial

+ Serve as first or second chair in trials, mediations, depositions, and hearings

+ Draft and analyze pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal agreements

+ Manage caseloads independently while meeting deadlines and client expectations

+ Build and maintain strong client and referral relationships

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Active member of the Florida Bar

+ Minimum 5 years of relevant litigation experience (real estate, construction, or commercial)

+ Proven first or second-chair trial experience

+ Strong knowledge of litigation strategy and courtroom procedure
