Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position is based in San Francisco and offers an opportunity to play a key role in driving sales efficiency and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure accurate forecasting, streamlined processes, and impactful reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with field sales teams to oversee forecasting activities and maintain pipeline accuracy, ensuring data drives operational efficiency and revenue growth.

• Generate and distribute weekly pipeline hygiene and pipeline generation reports to sales leadership and Account Executives.

• Conduct one-on-one meetings with AVPs weekly and RVPs bi-weekly to review forecasts, data hygiene, and additional reporting needs.

• Participate in forecast calls with various stakeholders, including MDs, RVPs, and Account Executives.

• Utilize Anaplan extensively for account creation, assignment, and data management.

• Manage account change requests for Enterprise and Canada regions, ensuring seamless updates.

• Host weekly Sales Operations Office Hours to address team inquiries and provide support.

• Monitor and refine quarterly forecasts daily to ensure waterfall metrics are accurately reflected.

• Lead and support fiscal year annual planning efforts for Enterprise and regional business areas.

Requirements • Proven experience in sales operations or a related field, with a strong understanding of forecasting and pipeline management.

• Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce and Anaplan for data analysis and reporting.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing account changes and assignments.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with leadership and sales teams.

• Ability to lead planning initiatives and support long-term operational strategies.

• Familiarity with revenue accounting and change management processes.

• Experience in field sales operations and account creation workflows.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and optimize processes.
