Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a high-net-worth individual. This role involves a combination of administrative and personal tasks, requiring exceptional multitasking abilities and a proactive mindset. Based in Washington, D.C., this position offers a hybrid work schedule, competitive salary, and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver administrative and personal support to the Principal, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee the management of 8-10 rental properties, including scheduling maintenance and handling tenant communications.
• Coordinate and maintain calendars, schedules, and itineraries, adapting to changing priorities as necessary.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Assist with special projects, such as planning events and coordinating engagements.
• Edit and proofread documents for accuracy and clarity using Word.
• Handle billing, accounts payable, and invoice processing tasks with precision.
• Utilize QuickBooks and other tools for financial record-keeping and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing personal and executive-level administrative support.
• Proven proficiency in calendar management and scheduling using Outlook.
• Experience coordinating international travel arrangements.
• Advanced skills in Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks for financial management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing demands.
