    Description

    Robert Half is partnering with a boutique law firm that is seeking a commercial real estate paralegal for its real estate team. Law firm provides full benefits and the ability to work on sophisticated commercial deals. This paralegal can work 4 days in office/ 1 day from home. Responsibilities and required experience include:

     

    + Ability to handle both residential and commercial real estate closings from start to finish

    + Handle per-closing matters, including but not limited to, reviewing the title commitment and clearing title requirements

    + Handle post-closing matters, including but not limited to, issuance of title insurance policies

    + Assist with the preparation of closing documents under the supervision of an attorney

    + Record closing documents via Simplifile platform

    + Ability to handle TRID loan closings from start to finish

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal.

    • Proficiency with Word, Displaysoft, ALTAStar, and Simplifile

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with legal teams and clients.
