    Our Facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma manufactures state-of-the-art circuit boards for Aerospace and Defense.

    Job Summary

    Provide test engineering for facility.

     

    + Manages all aspects of small projects with regular review of senior staff

    + Perform analysis, diagnostics, and preliminary evaluation of products

    + Develop testing procedures

    + Perform test equipment and fixturing design responsibilities

    + Perform maintenance resolution on testing procedures

    + Create assembly instructions, Bill of Materials (BOM), and drawings

    + Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members

    + Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area

    + Perform other assignments as required

     

    Skills & Qualifications

     

    Required Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Basic knowledge of engineering concepts, physics, and chemistry principles

    + Python programming, minimum 1 year experience

    + Experience controlling remote equipment

    + Experience developing GUIs with operator interface

    + Experience developing stand-alone executable apps

    + Familiarity with multi-threading

    + Familiarity with GIT Repositories

    + Knowledge of basic manufacturing test processes

    + Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

    + Proficient in technical writing, good documentation skills; attention to detail is critical

    + Able to read and interpret engineer drawings

    + Prior experience with an ISO environment is a plus

    + Demonstrated analytical expertise including ability to plan, resolve problems effectively, and establish priorities

    + Understanding of DOE, 6-signma, Lean Manufacturing is desired

    + Working knowledge at an intermediate level of computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft Project

    + Ability to communicate with customers and project company image to attract business

    + Demonstrated knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes; together with work measurement and standards

    Required Experience/Education/Training/Certifications:

    + BS in Engineering

    + 2-4 years manufacturing experience
