Siemens Energy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
MGT LTP (Long-Term Partnership) Project Manager to join our team. In this role,
you will be responsible for leading and implementing long-term projects that
are essential to our strategic objectives and customer satisfaction. The ideal
candidate will possess a proven foundation in project management, with a track
record of guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting!
How You’ll Make an Impact
+ Beresponsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of LTP projects,ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy’s strategic goals and customerrequirements. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets,ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within scope.
+ Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, andoperations, to drive project success and mitigate risks.
+ Establishand maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, includingcustomers, suppliers, and internal teams.
+ Monitorproject performance, analyzing key metrics and implementing correctiveactions as needed to ensure project objectives are met.
+ Facilitateregular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuringeffective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Identify andmanage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to addresspotential challenges.
+ Ensurecompliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughoutall project phases. Mentor and support junior project team members,fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
What You Bring
+ Bachelor’sdegree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or arelated field; Master’s degree preferred.
+ 10+years of experience in project management, with a focus on long-termprojects in the energy sector or a related industry.
+ Solidtrack record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation tocompletion.
+ Strongknowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, eFMT) and tools.
+ Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, skilled at engaging effectivelywith partners at all levels.
+ Stronganalytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach todecision-making. Experience with risk management and mitigation strategiesin project environments.

eligible for internal transfers.

Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power
generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power
generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and
digitalization of the fleet.
