Weekly pay. 401k.  We are looking for a punctual and responsible individual who can care for clients in the Waukesha area and surrounding counties. Benefits: * Weekly pay with direct deposit * Free continuing education * Variety of assignments, procedures, and treatments * Weekend and evening opportunities Shifts: Work as many or as few hours as you like. We have 1-12 hour shifts and also 12 hour shifts available.   Responsibilities: * Provide patients with hygiene care as directed including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping * Take and record vital signs as well as height and weight, if necessary * Assist patients in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care, document observed changes, report any changes to the Director of Nursing * Assist patients in walking, outdoor activities, etc * Develop and promote a safe environment for quality patient care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards * Ensure patient’s rights are adhered to Requirements : * Preferably with one (1) year of documented caregiver, home care assistance experience * CBRF certified * High school diploma or GED * Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray * Preferably with valid driver's license and car insurance * Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
