Job Description

Demonstrate the necessary technical abilities related to the operation of commercial. equipment. This includes:

• Gaining and applying the necessary technical aptitude related to mixing, coating, slitting, rotary converting, and packaging, as necessary.

• Learning and retaining key technical concepts (as applicable) required for the converting. production lines.

• Learning and retaining the key technical concepts (as applicable) required for the mixing. and coating production lines.

• Provide adequate support to the manufacturing line Lead.

• Must be able to read and understand chemical SDS guidance.

Hard Skills

+ Technical aptitude related to mixing, coating, slitting, rotary converting, and packaging

+ Understanding of key technical concepts required for the converting production lines

+ Knowledge of key technical concepts required for the mixing and coating production lines

+ Ability to read and understand chemical SDS guidance

Soft Skills

+ Ability to learn and retain technical concepts

+ Good documentation practices

+ Ability to support and work in a team

Shifts:

+ **1st shift: 6AM – 2:30PM (M-F)**

+ **2nd shift: 2PM – 10:30PM (M-F)**

+ **3rd shift: 10PM – 6:30AM (M-F)**

Work Environment

You will be working in a clean room environment, handling commercial scale equipment and various chemicals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.20/hr.
