    Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc. has multiple openings for the position of Project Manager. Work may be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. depending on specific project needs. Travel and/or relocation may be required. Telecommuting may be permitted.

     

    The Project Manager will work with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control projects involving network, server, or software implementation and upgrades. Manage resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks and other constraints. Support group progress including scheduling, prioritizing, expectation setting, and cost management for projects relating to information system improvements. Plan and coordinate all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Coordinate work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.

     

    The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical/analytical field, plus six (6) years of experience in the same or similar IT/Computer-related position. Required experience must include working with: monitoring and maintenance of hardware and software; data back-up security processes; improving workflow, network infrastructure, information audits, and risks assessment processes and procedures; requirement management reporting. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required for this position (no visa sponsorship available).

     

    The base salary range for this position is $112,986 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
