    Job Description

    Cintas is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to lead one of our Distribution Locations. Responsibilities include hiring; coaching; developing and leading a team of distribution/production professionals; managing the overall performance of the distribution center; maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving the location's goals; managing a budget; and solving operational and personnel issues

    Skills/Qualifications

    Required

    + 3 years' Production Supervisory experience

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet

    + Valid driver's license
