Sealing Technologies, a Parsons Company, provides Cyber Security services and cutting-edge technologies to the Federal Government. SealingTech is seeking a Receiving/Logistics Clerk who enjoys working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and takes pride in supporting innovative technology solutions. As a Receiving/ Logistics Clerk you will be responsible for assisting with logistics and receiving for various client technology projects, as well as inventory associated with the production of Sealing Technologies CFLAK (Cyber Fly Away Kits) and other products.

Key Responsibilities

+ Receiving and signing for deliveries.

+ Assist with unloading of deliveries.

+ Compare project list of materials and packing lists.

+ Inspect deliveries to ensure they match order criteria and specifications.

+ Track and record inventory and deliveries.

+ Updating inventory management system with received items.

+ Assist with managing inventory database.

+ Putting away and organizing inventory.

+ Assisting with inventory audits and cycle counts.

+ Assist with coordinating outgoing shipments.

+ Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed.

+ Organizing and storing received items in appropriate areas.

+ Maintaining records of orders, delivery details, etc.

+ Assist warehouse technicians and other team members when needed to meet deadlines.

+ Driving the company van for local deliveries and pickups.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

+ High school diploma/GED

+ US citizen

+ Valid Driver's License

+ Warehousing and forklift experience required

+ Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

+ Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations

+ Knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs

+ Ability to lift and move materials up to 40 lbs

+ Strong critical and creative thinking skills

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Works well on a team

+ Follows verbal and written instructions

+ Strong communication skills

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Strong time management skills
