We are hiring a 1st shift Warehouse Supervisor in Salina, KS. In this role you will be guiding inventory management and plant movement of our raw pizza materials within our East-based warehouse, with a typical schedule of Thursday-Saturday, with every other Wednesday, from 5:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.

Responsibilities:

+ Supervises employees regarding management of raw pizza materials and product storage, handling, and inventory operations.

+ Observes lead performance and trains warehouse leads in proper procedures, standards, handling of employees and equipment.

+ Observes employee performance and follows up with lead to correct problems.

+ Enforces safety guidelines and rules, GMPS, HACCP checks, food safety requirements and all company policies within their area.

+ Is Responsible for receipts and measurement of bulk flours during 1st shift to coordinate flow to maximize FIFO and collaborate with Inventory Control.

Qualifications:

+ High School diploma and 4+ years of overall distribution or warehouse experience, including 2+ years of lead or supervision.

+ General knowledge of Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Inventory Record Accuracy, Cycle Counting Procedures, Inventory Control Procedures, Food Safety Requirements, Warehousing sand distribution.

+ Knowledgeable of Bills of Material and Auditing Control Functions.

+ Good working maintenance knowledge of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment in order to detect maintenance problems.

+ Good working knowledge of truck loading operations, yard operations, and reefer unit type trailers.

+ A level of computer literacy with the ability to learn distribution/transportation software systems and intermediate level word processing skills.

The base salary range for this position is $58,500 to $97,500 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
