Position Summary:

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced BCBAs to join our growing team to serve in-home clients after-school hours and on weekends in the Matawan, NJ are. This is an excellent opportunity for BCBAs looking for flexible hours and the ability to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

+ Supervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians

+ Oversee the implementation of ABA therapy in clients' homes

+ Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

+ Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed

+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and funding guidelines

Qualifications:

+ Current BCBA certification in good standing

+ Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

+ Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder

+ Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes

+ Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

+ Availability during after-school hours (typically 3 PM – 8 PM) and/or weekends
