    Lead CT Technologist

     

    + Develop and maintain schedules, monitors equipment’s and coordinates repairs.

    + Coordinate the training of new employees and staff.

    + Contribute to decision making for hiring and performance evaluation of employees.

    + Maintain the quality assurance and master’s protocols while implementing performance standards.

    + Perform all general and advanced-level imaging competently and safely.

    Required Qualifications:

    + High school diploma; Associate degree in Applied Science.

    + Registered CT Technologist with a minimum of 5 years of experience, certified by the ARRT.

    + BLS certification required.

    + Thorough knowledge of ACR regulations and film submission; comprehensive understanding of PACS/Fuji Synapse.

    + Self-motivated with demonstrated leadership capabilities

    + Excellent collaborative abilities and effective interaction with healthcare professionals.

    + Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Salary range: $44.99-$61.86
