Explore the potential of your pharmacy experience in an elevated role. We are recruiting an Intern to join our team of health care professionals. The purpose of the pharmacy enterprise Marketing & Communications Intern is to support brand work for Ardon Health, Emerging Health and Moda Pharmacy. This position helps build awareness of pharmacy brands and grow business. As an intern position, this role will provide educational opportunities to learn more about marketing- and communications-type work as well as exposure to meaningful brand initiatives. Job type: Intern (on-site) Pay Range: $17.00 - $23.35 depending on experience. Actual pay is based on qualifications. Applicants who do not exceed the minimum qualifications will only be eligible for the low end of the pay range. Benefits: Competitive pay Flexible PTO and paid company holidays Medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance 401K match Position responsibilities: Assist Marketing and Communications team in the development of communications, programs and strategies to support stakeholder engagement; includes information gathering and other activities to develop a sound and actionable strategy Support cross-functional projects by working with the creative team and collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) Evaluation of onboarding process Presentation design Writing for campaign assets Concepting for LinkedIn posts and articles Assist in creation and updating of brand materials Concept, pitch and implement brand project(s) Brainstorm and research pricing for promo items Employee engagement planning Sponsorship research Participation in select pharmacy business and client meetings Participation and auditing of new business opportunities, procurement and request for proposal processes Stays aligned to project budget when applicable Serve as a company-wide communication support linking initiatives and helping connect proactive work to create a seamless customer journey and positive brand reputation Complies with the company s Human Resources policies, Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and all department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company, employee, and customer information; attending work punctually and regularly; and adhering to good safety practices in all activities. Performs other duties as assigned Required skills: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor s degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related filed, having completed at least 2-3 years of coursework. Experienced with MS Office programs including MS Teams Ability to commute to various office locations Our ideal candidate has: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively collaborate in a team setting. Proficiency in standard workplace software and/or information management applications. Prior experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting. Ability to navigate computer applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of pharmacy benefit investigation, prior authorization support, and patient financial assistance connection. Prior experience working with physicians, nurses, or other healthcare professionals.
