**Location:** Peosta, IA

**Pay:** Starting at $16 per hour

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

A local company in Peosta is seeking a dependable Receptionist / Accounting Assistant to manage front desk responsibilities and assist with accounting support. This is a full-time opportunity with steady hours in a professional office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional manner

+ Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

+ Assist with accounts payable and receivable

+ Support general office operations and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

+ Previous office or accounting experience preferred

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

+ Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

+ Ability to multitask and work independently
