Athenix Special Missions (ASM) is seeking a **Requirements Analyst/Course Developer – Signals Intelligence (SI)**

Security Clearance: TS/SCI

**Period of Performance:** Now through August 14, 2025 to support a pilot course

**Job Summary** :

Support the development and establishment of the new Army Tactical SIGINT and Electronic Warfare (SIGINT EW) Course (ATSEC). This course is designed to pathfind and develop the next iteration of the SOT-A, creating a combined SI/EW operator capability appropriate for the modern battlefield and ultimately supporting our Combat Support Units (CSUs). We are looking to start support as soon as possible, with a period of performance through August 14, 2025, to support Pilot Course 1.

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ This role will refine beta POIs, identify and codify all instructional requirements, conduct mission analysis for future development, and assume traditional course developer responsibilities.

Experience/Education:

+ Must have requirements analysis/course development experience.

+ Must be familiar with CoE proponent roles, mission analysis skills, and the ability to provide initial EW instruction during Pilot 1.

+ Must have 7+ years of SI experience.

+ Must have experience with content/POI development
