Position: Medication Manager
Status: PRN
Shift: Flexible / As Needed

This position will be scheduled as needed and requires flexibility in availability. This position is not benefit eligible.
As a Medication Manager, you will be responsible to assists residents with daily living activities with the goal of enhancing each resident's quality of life, administer medication reminders and/or medication under the direction of a Registered Nurse, provide bathing/showering and personal hygiene assistance, observe and report changes in resident's condition to Nurse Supervisor, maintain a clean and safe work environment and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ Must Complete Mandatory Yearly In-Service Training
+ Successful Completion of Required Medication Manager Course Upon Hire
