Kiliuda,** a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a **Legal Analyst** to join our Team in **Vienna, VA.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Support Federal Law Enforcement Law Unit in providing legal guidance on national security, operational, policy, and legislative matters.

+ Assist with interagency coordination efforts and facilitate effective information sharing across internal and external stakeholders.

+ Track, manage, and document legal communications and correspondence related to law enforcement activities and governance.

+ Contribute to the development and review of legal and policy materials to support Federal law enforcement leadership and mission objectives.

+ Coordinate with internal units and external agencies to support the legal review process and ensure alignment with applicable directives and guidance.

Position Requirements:

+ Must be a US Citizen

+ Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.

+ Top Secret/SCI w/ SSBI Polygraph

+ Ability to obtain an agency clearance.

+ Background in legal, policy, or national security work

+ Familiarity with legal processes and terminology relevant to national security and interagency operations.

+ Strong organizational and communication skills for tracking and managing sensitive legal communications.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, high-stakes environment with multiple stakeholders.

+ Experience supporting legal or policy teams in government, military, or intelligence community settings is preferred.
