    Kiliuda,** a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a **Program Manager** to join our Team in **Vienna, VA.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Provide strategic oversight and daily management of complex national security support programs involving multiple functional areas.

    + Coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure alignment of operational goals, performance standards, and mission priorities.

    + Oversee and support activities across units including nominations processing, watch listing, encounter management, legal support, interagency coordination, and information sharing.

    + Manage resources, schedules, and deliverables to meet evolving requirements in a high-tempo operational environment.

    + Support continuity of operations planning, surge staffing, and deployment coordination when necessary.

    + Facilitate interagency communication, reporting, and decision-making in support of program objectives.

    Position Requirements:

    + Must be a US Citizen

    + Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.

    + Top Secret/SCI w SSBI Polygraph security clearance.

    + Ability to obtain an agency clearance.

    + Bachelor’s degree.

    + Proven experience in program or project management, preferably within national security, intelligence, or law enforcement domains.

    + Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.

    + Ability to manage diverse teams and mission areas with minimal supervision.

    + Familiarity with classified environments, interagency processes, and operational protocols.

    + Flexibility to adapt to evolving mission needs, including potential 24/7 support or deployment if required.
