Summary:
Meta is seeking a Compensation Partner to support our global hiring efforts through the delivery of offers and the management of data related to new hire compensation. You will partner closely with our Recruiting organization and other cross functional partners to execute high impact compensation initiatives through building relationships and executing an equitable and competitive new hire compensation strategy.

1. Foster cross functional partnership with Meta recruiting teams
2. Partner with recruiting or leaders to develop offers
3. Lead with internal and market insights to drive compensation solutions with clients while providing project leadership and driving key outcomes with an action-oriented approach
4. Collaborate with partners and stakeholders on project delivery, managing multiple work streams and competing priorities
5. Model a growth mindset through development of team members and advising cross-functional partners on complex matters
6. Obtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods
7. Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis
8. Work with large amounts of data and build mechanisms to streamline processes and balance risks
Minimum Qualifications:

9. BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
10. 6+ years of experience in compensation, recruiting, project management, building relationships, or similarly applicable fields
11. Proficiency in Excel, including functions like IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, pivot charts/graphs, and VLOOKUP formulas

Public Compensation:
$115,000/year to $172,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
