    NYAP is actively searching for an Office Based Therapist to provide services to youth ages 12-18 and their families that are involved with our PASS- PSB (https://qrco.de/bfrmeY) program. In this position, you will be the first line intervention, diversion, and/or after-care service for youth experiencing problematic sexual behavior. Our PASS-PSB team continues to see fantastic success rates with this program, come join a thriving team!

    Responsibilities

    • Provide group, individual and family counseling in the office daily and/or weekly.

    • Conduct Standardized Risk Assessments and Diagnostic Assessments using JSOAP and PROFESOR .

    • Assist in implementing goals and objectives of the treatment plans.

    • Meet weekly with the treatment team(s).

    • Attend professional/development trainings and team meetings; obtain CSAY-C certification.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Master’s Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.

    + Active and valid LSW or LPC licensure required.

    + Experience in providing both individual and family therapy, preferred.

    Driving and Vehicle Requirements

    + Valid driver’s license

    + Reliable personal transportation

    + Good driving record

    + Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability
