    Practice Details:

    + Outpatient primary care clinic

    + Neighborhood clinic treating all ages

    + 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of admin time

    + Receive support from Medical Assistants, leadership, and a network of specialists

    + Focus on both wellness and chronic care management, with opportunities for specialized procedures tailored to your interests

    Qualifications:

    + Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS)

    + Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

    + **Salaryrange** : $235,000-$265,000 (commensurate with experience), plus incentives
