Additionally, you will review loan agreements; communicate with business partners and counsel; enforce risk controls; maintain data governance and comply with appropriate policies, procedures, laws, and regulations. Primary responsibilities include
+ Perform a qualitative review of loan agreements and related documents for compliance with the loan approval, adherence to policies and regulations, and to mitigate operational and reputation risk.
+ Effectively manage the investors by ensuring timely, proper, and effective communication utilizing market standard processes.
+ Quality Control of assigned transactions.
+ Ensure the highest-level data quality, including all financial data, for your assigned portfolio.
+ Interact with the Business Lines to provide seamless execution.
+ Be a resource to junior level colleagues with process and procedures.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
+ An Associate’s or Bachelor's degree is preferred or 2-3 years of relevant business experience. A minimum of 2 years in Banking and/or Financial Services.
+ Highly motivated and is team-oriented. Analytical ability to expedite moderately complex problem resolution.
+ Highly-effective written and oral communication skills. Able to provide exceptional customer service and to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and with all levels of management.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a time sensitive environment while maintaining service level agreements. Ability to effectively manage a pipeline of credits, independently prioritizing activities.
+ Prior work experience in a business/commercial lending environment is required with knowledge of customary products, practices and policies. Knowledge of SBA processing and real estate secured lending is preferred. Advanced knowledge of typical commercial loan documentation, financial statements and due diligence is required.
+ Must be experienced with MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience with FaCT, AFS, Relay, Alfresco are all pluses.
Hours & Work Schedule
+ Hours per Week: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
+ Work Schedule: M-F
