    Immediate opportunity for a Behavioral Health Specialist - Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Primary Care clinic - 42nd and L St.

    + Extensive training and orientation program

    + Assists with mental health and substance abuse patient triage and level of care determinations

    + Assists patients with mental health and substance abuse system navigation

    + Thrives in high-paced and active clinical environment, supporting patients in acute crisis situations

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    + Master’s Degree, Mental Health Counseling or Social Work

    + Must have an active license in state of practice - NE: LIMHP
