    Job Description

    On a typical day, the Lead Management Specialist begins by reviewing the latest leads from marketing programs, ensuring they are promptly loaded into the S&C Salesforce (SFDC) system as stage 1 opportunities within 24 hours of receipt. They meticulously enter data from spreadsheets and marketing outputs into the SFDC system, maintaining a high accuracy rate of 99%. Once the leads are entered, they notify relevant sales and SDR stakeholders via email within 1 hour, confirming receipt to ensure seamless communication. Throughout the day, they generate and share weekly lead routing and lead progression reports, ensuring these reports are 100% accurate and reflect the current status of all leads.

     

    Communication is a key part of their role, as they respond to any queries from sales/account executives and SDRs within 4 hours during business hours, maintaining clear and concise interactions. They also engage in regular check-ins with team members to ensure everyone is aligned on lead progression and follow-ups.

     

    The specialist remains adaptable to changes in lead volume and reporting requirements, starting as a lean team of 2 but ready to scale up operations to more headcounts if needed. They participate in training sessions to stay updated on lead management, data entry, and reporting processes, and contribute to developing and improving existing protocols. Regular performance reviews every 2-weeks will be performed to help them assess their work and make necessary adjustments to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and responsiveness.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    2+ years of data management experience with Excel and a CRM, ideally Salesforce (SFDC).

     

    Proven high accuracy in data entry (99%) and experience with spreadsheets and CRM systems.

     

    Clear and timely English communication, responding to queries within 4 hours during EST/PST business hours.

     

    Ability to generate and share weekly lead routing and progression reports.

     

    Proven reliability with strong references or testimonials from past employers. Experience working within a Fortune 500 organization, supporting global teams and collaborating with virtual collaboration tools like Webex, Slack, MSTeams, etc.

    True prior experience working in a lead-management role, uploading data from excel to SFDC null
