Job Description
* Conduct EHS contractor safety evaluations.
* Participate in 40 hours of no-fee onboarding and integration sessions with site and regional EHS personnel.
* Conduct assessments of existing EHS procedures, plans, and policies.
* Perform inspections and field work of EHS aspects including waste storage areas, storm water areas, safe work behaviors, work practices, daily field walks and other site conditions.
* Assist with newly constructed building turnover of EHS transition checklist items as needed.
* Facilitate selection, appropriate verbiage and update of EHS signage throughout the campus(e.g., evacuation maps, confined space signs, waste accumulation areas, etc.).
* Prepare and provide EHS training as needed.
* Conduct bi-weekly EHS orientation training for TVC's
* Schedule and conduct operational EHS training as needed. Audit and update training topics, records and matrix.
* Assist with various recordkeeping and reporting activities, including air permitting, solid waste management and related environmental matters.
* Review, and archiving of EHS related documentation. General administrative work.
* EHS supply monitoring and procurement (e.g., PPE, first aid kit, etc.).
* Waste vendor scheduling and onsite escort.
* Participate in any additional EHS programmatic related tasks as needed to support site and program specific EHS compliance and maintenance.
