Boeing Global Services is seeking **JAWACS Manufacturing Managers** who will lead the Operations Team for the Heavy Maintenance and Overhaul . Position is located in **San Antonio, Texas.**

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

+ This new leader should be experienced with large aircraft modifications and be proficient with, Structure and or General Aircraft Systems.

+ Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.

+ Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.

+ Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

+ Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

+ Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

+ Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship

An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

+ 10+ years of experience working with aircraft maintenance and/or modifications

+ 3+ years of experience in leading teams and team development

+ 3+ years of experience implementing continuous process improvement, lean processes, and employee involvement and engagement strategies in a manufacturing environment

+ 5+ years of experience in commercial or military airplane maintenance and /or modification

+ Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts

+ QMS – Quality Management System

+ Safety Guiding Principles

Summary pay range: $96,900 – $131,100
