Title: Marketing Specialist I

Reports to: New Business Sr. Manager

Summary:

As a Marketing Specialist I, you will perform sales management, after sales support, customer relationship management, program management, and market intelligence through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the contact representative of LGESMI for vehicle manufacturing customers. A key requirement will be to identify and gather accurate customer and market information in the rapidly growing electric vehicle battery market and to establish and achieve strategic sales plans.

Responsibilities:

+ Manage daily/weekly/monthly shipment & sales plan, and lead communication on shipment plan with internal/external stakeholders

+ Deal with internal system for sales activities (ERP - prefer SAP, S/O creation, etc.)

+ Manage and coordinate LGESMI’s account receivables to its customer's account payables.

+ Maintain contact with OEM customers and be the liaison between HQ

+ Prepare and support customer meeting on site and/or conference call

+ Support set up of after sales process and logistics flow

+ Manage customer relationships and gather market intelligence

+ Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:

+ Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain

+ Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container

+ Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field or equivalent, relevant experience
