Accountant -CPA ONLY (track to CFO) $140,000 + Bonus around up to 30%

Salary: $120-$140,000

Discretionary Bonus: around 30%

Must have CPA or Eligible with planned date

Degree in Accounting or Finance

Proficiency with QuickBooks

Overview: Reputable organization around for 30 years seeking a general accountant. This company partners with top global luxury Realestate brands and funds on various projects as an investment group. This role manages accounting solely for the investment group; and will succeed into the CFO. Controller - Accountant duties include but are not limited to accounting, financial reporting and review of partnership and investor reports:

entries, bank reconciliation of multiple accounts and heavy intercompany transactions

account analysis and of transfers and of loans and cash flow

financial statements preparation, month end

quarterly budget review and forecasts

cash flow and return on investments reporting and disbursements

investor reports review - K1's

federal and state tax reporting

other collaboration with VP, CFO and Executive Leadership on asset meetings and such

Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish
