*Description*
*Summary:*
This position is responsible for a variety of duties involving support for the CBO A/R vendors.
*Responsibilities:*
1. Will work as the key liaison, relationship owner and operational point person between Nuvance and contracted CBO vendors.
2. Serves as liaison to manage progress, measure performance, and communicate status to key stakeholders. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to gather input requirements such as vendor capabilities, timelines, and budget.
3. Acts as a liaison between employees, internal support areas, and other departments collaborating with areas of Revenue Cycle to improve workflows and resolution of accounts receivable.
4. Execute work plans to correct identified deficiencies in vendor referrals and return of cases. Advocates for and implements new processes to provide efficiency, innovation, and speed.
5. Develops an understanding of the overall technology vendors' landscape to provide intelligent industry analysis as needed.
6. Manage time effectively, plan workdays, prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of targets. Good organizational skills and can maintain efficiency levels in high-pressure situations.
7. Schedules, Administer, and participates effectively in recurring vendor meetings; provides related and appropriate input and is properly prepared.
8. Keeps abreast of developments and changes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including Nuvance policies and procedures.
9. Maintain and Model Nuvance Health Values.
10. Demonstrates regular, dependable, and predictable attendance.
11. Performs other duties as required.
*Responsibilities:*
• HS Graduate or Equivalent.
• A minimum of five years job-related healthcare experience.
*Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:*
• General understanding of the revenue cycle process
• Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to simplify and communicate concepts to a variety of individuals.
Working Conditions:
Manual: Little or no manual skills/motor coord & finger dexterity
Occupational: Little or no potential for occupational risk
Physical Effort: Sedentary/light effort. May exert up to 10 lbs. force
