    Lincoln Technical Institute (East Point, GA)


    Make a lasting impact on the future of the next generation at Lincoln Tech as a full-time Job Developer on the career services team. You would be responsible for contacting employers to uncover job opportunities that will help students take that first step into a new career upon graduation ( to include cold calling, outreach, and employer partnership development for day, afternoon, and evening students.) This role will also be responsible for developing relationships with employers, bringing them onto campus for hiring events, (coordinating field trips to employer sites) interviews, and employer classroom presentations to our students. The successful candidate is a results-driven, energetic team player with excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.

     

    Responsibilities of a Job Developer

     

    + Maintain an active lead database to ensure sufficient job opportunities for students and graduates

    + Develop relationships with potential employers

    + Coordinate and schedule on-campus employer events

    + Coordinate efforts with all Career Services team members to assure every graduate has job opportunities

     

    Requirements of a Job Developer

     

    + Sales or business development experience

    + Previous staffing or recruitment experience a plus

    + Familiarity with online job searches, tools, and social media platforms

    + Able to work at least one night per week

    + Attendance at occasional night / weekend events

    + Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

    + Experience with CampusVue - a plus

    + College degree a plus
