Responsibilities for an Education Supervisor

+ Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations

+ Recruit, select, orient, and train faculty

+ Develop staff professional and personal growth opportunities

+ Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism

+ Provide excellent student service to achieve student satisfaction and retention

+ Maintain inventory of all equipment, book supplies, training aids, and course materials within the respective program

Requirements for an Education Supervisor

+ Associate degree or equivalent education management experience

+ Knowledge of automotive shop operations and procedures

+ Experience with inventory management and material ordering

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

+ 2+ years of teaching experience, preferred

+ 1+ year(s) of automotive shop management experience, preferred
