    Job Description:

    Associated Truss and Lumber is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Lumber & Wooden Truss Service Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their project needs are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within the construction or lumber industry and a strong ability to connect with project superintendents.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and maintain relationships with project superintendents, contractors, and builders.

    + Walk current job sites to assess product performance and address any customer concerns.

    + Provide product recommendations and solutions to meet client needs.

    + Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service execution.

    + Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction industry.

    + Keep up with market trends and competitor activities to remain competitive.

    + Deliver excellent customer service to drive repeat business and referrals.

    Qualifications:

    + Experience in construction sales, lumber, or truss industry preferred.

    + Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

    + Ability to read and understand blueprints is a plus.

    + Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
