Position Overview
The Electrical Assembler III will lead the assembly of electrical control panels for complex high-precision automation equipment. You will work closely with Engineers to improve assembly processes, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, and guide junior team members in best practices. This role requires advanced expertise in electrical systems and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Independently assemble complex electrical control panels and systems.
Lead troubleshooting and repair of electrical components to meet precise specifications.
Design and fabricate parts and structures as needed for complex projects.
Collaborate with Engineers and Managers to optimize assembly workflows.
Mentor and train junior assemblers, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Participate in cross-functional teams to improve product design and manufacturing processes.
Lift and handle parts (up to 50lbs) and stand for extended periods.
Skills & Requirements:
5+ years of experience in electrical assembly, with a focus on panel building and automation equipment.
Extensive knowledge of PLC programming and electrical design.
Experience in fabricating and assembling complex electrical systems.
Strong skills in troubleshooting and technical support.
Ability to interpret complex blueprints and schematic diagrams.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work with tools and machinery safely.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $26.00-$29.00/hour
