Job Description

Lead Teacher - Toddler

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ Must meet all state preschool lead teacher requirements

+ High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours

+ Child Development Associate (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or related

+ Previous experience as a preschool or infant/toddler lead teacher required

+ Demonstrated classroom management skills preferred

Lead Teacher - Toddler Job Responsibilities:

As a Preschool Teacher Assistant, you will embrace the Cadence Education philosophy and collaborate with a dynamic team to create a nurturing learning environment for all children. You will document and share important milestones with parents, work with fellow teachers to implement engaging curriculum, and foster children's interests and safety. Enhance play experiences, model social behavior, and contribute to planning diverse daily activities.
