**Location** : Tampa, FL / West FL
The role you’ll contribute:
The Client Liaison participates in the growth and maintenance of the outreach program of Florida Hospital Laboratories by marketing Laboratory services to community physicians and other health care providers, and working to maximize client satisfaction. Promotes and actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all persons. Ensures adherance of staff, as well as personal accountability, to the Florida Hospital Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. + Builds effective, productive relationships with clients and other customers
+ Works in collaboration with the Assistant Director and Business Development Manager to maximize territory growth and potential. Regularly travels to, visits with, and services various clients and Adventists facilities within Florida, per the assigned geographic territory.
+ Maintains an effective, productive relationship with laboratory staff at all sites.
+ Explains, interprets and provides follow up on client billing issues; documents client visits and activities in data base.
+ Provides training for clients to improve satisfaction, adherence to regulations and lab processes.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
**Minimum qualifications** :
+ Six (6) months experience in healthcare market, preferably in sales/marketing or client services
+ Driver's License (DL)
Preferred qualifications:
+ Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business or health related field and 1-year sales/client relationship, or healthcare business development experience
+ 1 year experience in a medical laboratory setting
