What You Will Do:
Contribute to the development of Pureology Haircare category strategies, with a sensitivity to the professional and consumer shopper, while managing select marketing projects and channels. Interact effectively with cross-functional departments to support marketing objectives, such as: finance, sales, supply chain, education, integrated-marketing communications, creative, global marketing and senior management team. Analyze business results and identify key insights in order to recommend opportunities for optimizing plans and their execution. Play a part in innovation by contributing to research, suggesting ideas and developing/executing concepts and local animations. Execute brand launch and quarterly activations including developing and executing full 360-plans supported by marketing communications, sampling, promotional activities, paid media and advocacy & influencer campaigns.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Execution of strategic marketing plans for Pureology to win and grow market share within professional and prestige haircare.
+ Manage forecasts, marketing budget, inventory for customers, promotional activities and product launches.
+ Partner closely with global, digital and e-retail teams and act as marketing lead on content management to develop strategies, planning & execution in national account channels, including: launches/discontinuations and marketing animations.
+ Conduct marketing research across all touchpoints (salons, stylists, distributors, industry reports, customers, social platforms etc.) to understand and pull-out key market insights, trends and competitive activities to inform DMI launch development & communications and marketing plans.
+ Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external sales, distributors and management teams.
+ Follow up on campaigns, launches and sales results to provide Senior Management team with regular quantitative and qualitative reporting/presentations.
+ Support execution of all marketing aspects of the brand’s strategic go to market plans (overall sampling management, A&P budget tracking, timely code and promo creations for the brand, etc)

What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
+ 2-5 years brand management experience, preferably with beauty industry-related experience.
+ Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
+ Excellent written/oral communication skills and forecasting experience.
+ Strong execution and consensus building/decision making skills.
+ Computer literacy in Windows, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
+ Ability to travel domestically periodically (max. 25%).
+ Preferred, but not required: marketing experience in haircare category
Additional Benefits Information as Follows:
Salary Range : $84,500 - $120,400 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
