Transdev in Baltimore, MDis hiring a QualityAssurance Manager. The QualityAssurance Manager monitorsandevaluatescontractorservicecompliance,operationsperformance,and operations compliance. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

+ Competitive compensation package of minimum $87,000 – maximum $98,000
+ Benefits include:
+ Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks

Key Responsibilities:
+ Overseeandmonitorallactivitiesrelatedtoorganizationalqualitymanagementinadherenceto identified contractual and national standards.
+ Directtheintake,compilation,andintra/inter-departmentalcoordination,documentation, resolution, and reporting of quality management activities.
+ Ensureadherencetotimelinessrequirementsforresponse,resolution,andreportingof complaints and grievances.
+ Updateandreportactivitytothemanagementstaffinaconsistentandtimelymanner.
+ Oversight of all data gathering, reconciliation, and reporting
+ Ensuring that all submittals are accurate and submitted on time in accordance with the contract
+ Performs random audits of maintenance DVIR and quality checks of all records within the department
+ Performs random audit checks of contractor performance; i.e. Wash logs, fuel logs, etc.
+ Performs random audits with Safety Manager of Department requirements, i.e.. D&A Compliance, BOCT Logs and timely updates, etc.
+ Performs random audits of subcontractor driver files to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and any applicable laws related to D&A testing
+ Organizesystematicdatacollectionandanalysisinconcertwithotherdepartments.
+ Providenecessarydataandinformationtoassistwithmonitoringandcoordinationofquality improvement, credentialing, and service outcomes.
+ Monitorsandevaluatessystemdatatodeterminecontractorcompliance;writescomprehensive contractor oversight reports
+ Evaluatesdatausingspreadsheets
+ Understandsandmonitorscompliancewithoperations contracts
+ Monitorsdriverscheduleadherenceandon-timeperformance;monitorsoperatorskillsand appearance; performs operator credential checks
+ Completesreportsandotherrequiredpaperworkaccuratelyandinatimely manner
+ OtherdutiesasassignedtoensuretheefficientoperationofthecontractandTransdevServices.
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Computer literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Excellent customer service & communication skills.
+ Atleast3yearsofpublictransitexperiencerequired.
+ 1ormoreyearsinaqualityassurancerolewithresponsibilitiesforensuringcompliancetocontracts, labor agreements and the law.
Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
+ The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
+ Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
