    Job Overview

     

    Fairview** is seeking an **Internal Medicine Physician** to join our primary care practice at **M Health Fairview Clinics – Cottage Grove.

    Practice Details:

    + **6 provider primary care** practice which includes 4 Family Medicine Physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners.

    + Patient encounters average **18-20** **patients per day.**

    + **Opening: 1.0** **FTE - flexible schedule.**

    + Deliveries will be at M Health Fairview St John’s or Woodwinds hospitals

    + **Call Frequency:** **1:3** **low intensity - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage**

    + **Fully integrated** Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

    M Health Fairview Clinic – Cottage Grove (https://www.fairview.org/locations/healtheast-clinic-cottage-grove) is located in the picturesque suburb of Cottage Grove just 10 miles south of St. Paul near the Mississippi River, St. Croix River, and Afton Alps State park (~10 minutes from Woodbury, MN).

    + Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency training program.

    + Board Certified/Board Eligible with the ABMS or AOA.

    + Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.

    + Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.

    + Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges if applicable.

    Compensation Disclaimer

     

    The posted pay range is for a 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on a 1.0 FTE schedule. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
