**Fairview** is seeking an **Endocrinology Physician** to join a multispecialty practice in at M Health Fairview Clinic in Wyoming, MN. Conveniently located 30 minutes northeast of Minneapolis. Join a team of over 25 specialists!

Practice Details:

+ Join a network of 18 Endocrinologists and 5 advanced practice providers working in community clinics throughout the system

+ 1.0 FTE, which is 36 patient contact hours per week

+ Provide a full spectrum of care including diagnosis and management of diabetes and osteoporosis as well as disorders of the thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and parathyroid glands

+ Call responsibility is 1:3, which is phone call only, goes to nurse triage first, and is very minimal

+ Opportunity to collaborate with other Endocrinology colleagues within the Division of Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism at the University of Minnesota

+ **Fully integrated** Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

+ **Established referral base** of Fairview employed primary care and subspecialty physicians

Qualifications:

+ Graduate of an ACGME Endocrinology fellowship training program

+ Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association

+ Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure

+ Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota

+ Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges

The posted pay range is for a 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on a 1.0FTE schedule. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
