    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate a front-end loader to move materials safely and efficiently

    + Maintain stockpiles and load customer trucks with accuracy

    + Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance

    + Communicate with dispatch, quality control and plant personnel to ensure high quality is maintained

    + Operate haul trucks, skidsteer, skytrack ,and other mobile equipment as needed

    + Perform plant maintenance, plant cleanup and other duties as required

    + Follow all safety procedures and company policies

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment

    + Strong awareness of safety and environmental standards

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime

    + Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
